The Advisory Council (AC) meeting is ZEP’s flagship one-day gathering, happening quarterly. 

What to expect:

  • Updates on the latest developments in European industrial carbon management.
  • Insights on the state of play in carbon management policy from the European Commission, EU & EEA Member States and the UK.
  • The latest news on ZEP's activities and strategic priorities. 
  • Selected presentations from industrial carbon management projects.

Register your interest

The ZEP Advisory Council is an invitation-only meeting; priority is given to ZEP Members. You can express your interest in attending, and you will receive a confirmation email when your registration is approved.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I know if my registration has been confirmed?

Registrations will be reviewed by the ZEP Secretariat. You will receive an email confirming your registration, with a meeting link and logistics.

Is there a limited number of participants allowed per organisation?

Yes. Due to limited capacity, we ask that each organisation register a maximum of 2 to 3 participants per organisation to attend in person. Priority will be given to  ZEP members.

Is the AC representative of my organisation required to attend?

Some decisions taken during the meeting require at least 50% ZEP member quorum. 

While it is preferred that your organisation's official AC representative is present, it is not required, and the substitute does not need to be communicated to the ZEP secretariat. 

When will the meeting's pre-reads be available?

The Advisory Council pre-reads will be shared via email and published on this page one week before the meeting. They will also be accessible via a link to ZEP's extranet.

If you do not have an extranet account, you can do so by typing your email address in the login form and clicking on "retrieve my password". If you have any issues, do not hesitate to contact the ZEP Secretariat.

I can no longer attend in person. What should I do?

If you have registered to attend in person but can no longer do so, please notify the ZEP secretariat in advance.

If you fail to notify us without justification, this may affect your potential participation in future ZEP events.

I am trying to register my interest, but can not submit the form. What should I do?

If you are having trouble submitting the form, here are a few things to try: 

  • Use a different browser. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. 
  • Check required fields. Make sure all required fields (marked with*) are filled out correctly. 
  • Disable extensions. Some browser settings or extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with the form.
