Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a limited number of participants allowed per organisation?

Yes – due to limited capacity, we ask that each organisation register a maximum of 3 to 4 participants. Priority will be given to organisations that are members of ZEP. Of those, priority will be given to team members who are actively involved in carbon management project developments. 

When will I know if my registration has been accepted?

You will be notified within two weeks of registering. We aim to confirm participation as soon as possible and will be in touch via email. 

I’m trying to register but can’t submit the form. What should I do?

If you are having trouble submitting the registration form, here are a few things to try: 

  • Use a different browser – We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. 
  • Check required fields – Make sure all required fields (marked with *) are filled out correctly. 
  • Disable extensions – Some browser settings or extensions (like ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with the form.  

If the problem persists, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll assist you with registration. 

I am unable to travel to Bologna. Is it possible for me to attend the event online?

The ZEP projects network is an in-person-only event. If you'd like to join upcoming ZEP events, click here to subscribe to our mailing list.

How do I reserve one of the pre-booked rooms at the Living Place Hotel in Bologna?

To reserve one of the pre-booked rooms, please send an email to reservations@livingplace.it and mention the event name: “Project Network Ravenna CCS”.

The following room types are available:

  • DUS Room (Double for Single Use): €120 per night

  • Superior Twin Room: €140 per night

These rates are valid until 30 May. After this date, the reserved rooms will be released, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
